Vehicle Reservation Terms
Church's Performance Cars – Vehicle Sales
These terms and conditions apply when a customer makes a part payment towards the purchase of a vehicle (car or motorcycle). By making a part payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Purpose of Part Payment/Reservation
- A payment of £500 or other amount by mutual agreement is required once the customer has viewed the vehicle and decided to proceed with the purchase.
- This payment is a part payment towards the final purchase price of the vehicle and is a commitment to purchase.
2. Vehicle Reservation
- Upon receipt of the part payment, the vehicle will be reserved and held off sale for a period of seven (7) calendar days, unless a longer period is agreed in writing between Church's Performance Cars and the customer.
- Full payment for the vehicle must be received within the agreed time frame.
3. Non-Returnable Part Payment
- The part payment is strictly non-returnable.
- If the customer chooses not to proceed with the purchase for any reason, the payment will be forfeited.Â
4. Completion of Purchase
- The part payment will be deducted from the final purchase price when full payment is made.
- If the balance is not paid within the agreed time, Churchs Performance Cars reserves the right to:
- Cancel the reservation,
- Re-advertise the vehicle, and
- Retain the part payment in full.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully satisfied with their purchase before making a part payment.
- Once a part payment has been made, the vehicle is considered sold subject to full payment and will not be available to other customers.
6. Vehicle Condition & Preparation
- All vehicles are prepared to the high standards of Churchs Performance Cars.
- Any specific requests, work, or agreements relating to the vehicle must be confirmed in writing at the time the part payment is made.
7. Payment Methods
- Part payments can be made by bank transfer, debit card, or other accepted methods as advised by Churchs Performance Cars.
- Vehicles will not be released until full cleared funds are received.
8. Statutory Rights
- These terms do not affect the customers statutory rights.
